CHRISTINA NICOSIA recently played Little Cathy in WUTHERING HIGH, (an adaptation of Emily Brontes novel as an 80s teen movie), of which she was also a co-writer and costumer. Last season she played Catherine in Performing Arts of Woodstocks PROOF. Other favorite roles include Julia (1984); Laura (GLASS MENAGERIE); Anne (RICHARD III) and Alicia in the world premiere of Anna Deveare Smith's PIANO. She performs regularly with W-WOW Radio and Kundalini Komedy improv. Her solo show, MAN OF INFINITE DESIRE, has been part of FringeNYC, the Woodstock Fringe, and The Hell Festival. Christina will soon be reprising the role of Pamela Christianson in an upcoming installment of the BLUE PUPPIES saga. NICOLA SHEARA has been an actress and director on Broadway, Off Broadway and across the country for over 30 years. Hudson Valley audiences have seen her work as an actress most recently in the Woodstock Fringe production of THE DAYS ARE AS GRASS by Carol Hall and directed by Vivian Matalon; in LOVE LETTERS and COLLECTED STORIES for Performing Arts of Woodstock and as a director of THREEPENNY OPERA at the Bardavon; NUNSENSE at Rhinebeck Performing Arts Center; I HATE HAMLET at Shadowlands, THE GREAT NEBULA IN ORION for the Woodstock Fringe; and for PAW: WENCESLAS SQUARE, NECESSARY TARGETS, and most recently the successful production of PROOF. Nicola directed the production of ALL MY SONS recently at PAW and directed ART for Rhinebeck Performing Arts Center.
JONATHAN VAN GIESON recently returned to High School to play Heathcliff in WUTHERING HIGH, which he also co-wrote. In April, he will be directing the workshop of BLUE PUPPIES: DEATH & THE SNOWMAN. His plays WILK & GAYLE: A NASTY LITTLE PLAY and MASTER CRIMINALS both premiered at TheaterSounds, and BUDDY CIANCI: THE MUSICAL, premiered at FringeNYC. He the co-author of BOOK OF AGES 30 and THE BIG 40!, available now at fine bookstores across North America, and soon in Japan and Germany.
